Complaint Regarding Unfair Charges at Paid Waiting Room
I used the paid waiting room from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM and paid ₹20. My train was delayed, so I exited at 1:43 PM (just 13 minutes late), but I was charged another ₹20.
This is unfair, especially since the delay was not my fault. Also, I had a valid AC class ticket, yet no consideration was given.
Kindly review this policy and provide a reasonable grace period for passengers affected by train delays.
